Alderson Custom Homes is located in Eastern Washington near the Spokane area and has been in the business of making dreams come true since 1999. Owned and operated by Jay and Camille Alderson, we are a family business dedicated to quality and committed to realizing dreams for our clients.  Recently, Jay has become more involved with the Spokane Home Builder's Association and is proud to serve on the executive board of directors. SHBA is committed to preserving and protecting the building industry and has served as a trusted community resource for over 60 years.

On average, we build less than 20 homes a year! That enables us to give our clients the well deserved time and resources to have a project well run and delivered on schedule.
