Alderson Custom Homes has been in business as a contractor in the Spokane Washington area since 1999. Family owned and operated by Jay and Camille Alderson, we take pride in building a quality product. We specialize in residential projects including entry level and custom homes, construction consultation, and remodeling. We are very active in our community serving on multiple boards and committees throughout the Spokane area.
Jay Alderson, President of Alderson Custom Homes, serves the company as Director of Operations and Sales. He personally handles every project as the Project Manager and visits each job site multiple times per week to ensure quality and timeline. Jay donates his time and resources to several charity projects annually partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Spokane, donation projects with the Remodeler's Council of the Spokane Home Builder's Association, and Co-Founder of Helping Hands of Spokane. Helping Hands was started with Alderson Custom Homes and Clyde Haase, owner of Haase Landscape, serving the Spokane area with a surprise charity home improvement project for a family in need around the Christmas season.

Camille Alderson, Vice President of Alderson Custom Homes, serves the company as Office Manager and Bookkeeper. Camille has a bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Eastern Washington University. Camille keeps the projects and business accounts in check and ensures that both our clients and the company is well accounted for and documented.
